I seem to be living at school lately. We had parent/teacher interviews last night so by the time I got home all I wanted to do was pop into bed and sleep. Now, a few short hours later I am back at school again for a PD day. The good news is administration is providing breakfast and lunch:) And since both of our VPs are male and our principal is male I know it will be good food! And of course it's FREE food!
The moral of the story is - there is always a silver lining if you look hard enough!
Cheers!
Jane,
ReplyDeleteI just love it when our company has meetings and the free food arrives.
It's such a bonus not to have to pack a lunch and a treat to have the lunch they serve. We don't eat out often but the pizza place the company uses is expensive but good.
I just love the veggie pizza.
Actually our company is awesome for treating us. We have fresh brewed coffee, with cream or milk, sugar and tea bags supplied for free. We also have a huge staff.
That sounds sooooo good:) Veggie pizza would be awesome! Our principal's wife works at Remark Frsh Market so they cater our food. It was really good quality but nothing original: danish, bagels, croissants, banana bread, carrot loaf, cinnamon buns, fresh fruit & coffee for breakfast; sandwiches, wraps, veggies, cheese tray, cookies for lunch. But the price certainly was right!
ReplyDeleteI have just finished a 50 hour week my usual 38 hours than another 2 on Friday at time and a half and finally a 10 hour shift at double time today. And I,m currently doing my second job today that of Babysitter to my 3 Grandchildren as both sets of parents are at the same Wedding.
ReplyDeleteGreat food you get in these staffrooms we get our tea and coffee provided but thats your lot.
