On the Lam

Yes, that's right, I'm on the run from the law! Amazing how calmly I can type this after being run to ground by the awesomely fierce security team at the
concert last night. Yes, I dare not breathe his name in case they're still looking for me! You see.....I escaped!  I'm a fugitive!

All I brought into the concert last night was a small case in which I carry my little camera and my cell phone. As I had no purse I wasn't searched and I somehow missed the instructions that said we weren't allowed to take photos. Well, Michael told me but I don't believe everything he tells me!

So the concert begins and everyone stands up. I wait, lean back in my seat and start snapping photos - yes, I'm a rebel - I don't like anyone telling me I can't do something. How security could see me squinched down in my seat while everyone else stood up around me I'll never know. Suddenly Michael says, "put it away, put it away!!" I'm like totally nonchalant, never thinking for a second that the "jig was up"!

But yes, I'm hauled off to the security desk to "register" my camera. We just get out into the hallway when two other security guards run out from another concert gate and ask my two guards to come and help them. One of the guards instructs me to go over and wait at the desk.

Yeah, right.

I veer into the ladies' washroom and a few minutes later peer out. The coast is clear. In my head I'm thinking they're going to be WAY too busy to come and hassle me again even if they could remember where I'm sitting so with a fair bit of confidence I return to my seat.

Not being 100% stupid rebellious I keep my camera under wraps until the encore. Then I don't care anymore WHO sees me and I snap away again. Most of the photos were pretty grainy what with so much glitter and smoke and low lighting but any picture of "he who shall not be named" is a great picture!

In conclusion, if anyone asks, you don't know me!
