And everybody had to pitch in and help out. Now we are raising only one or two like they were royalty or something!Jharrison56noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5893269455295692105.post-4830036236183614432013-02-18T12:00:21.498-05:002013-02-18T12:00:21.498-05:00She does say from time to time that she's glad...She does say from time to time that she's glad she hasn't had everything just handed to her. She has friends whose parents paid for everything and they have never even had a part-time job...ever! I have to say she's a hard working young woman!Jharrison56noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5893269455295692105.post-507288895631019592013-02-18T11:59:04.843-05:002013-02-18T11:59:04.843-05:00That's nice to hear Lena! They want to be independent yet sometimes take what they have for granted. But I know you raised her right! I myself learn from you every day:)Lenanoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5893269455295692105.post-12317538334818487422013-02-17T17:50:41.474-05:002013-02-17T17:50:41.474-05:00I'm sure the lessons you've taught your da...I'm sure the lessons you've taught your daughter growing up will come in handy in the future. There will come a time when she thinks, thank goodness my mom taught me something about cooking! I do believe it is a bit more difficult these days for kids. More education is required to get a job and the wages are quite poor in relation to what is needed to pay for an apartment and transportation. Maybe I'm biased as I have friends in this type of situation but it seems like it's frustrating for both parents and kids.Margueritenoreply@blogger.com
